May direct activities of pathology department in medical school, hospital, clinic, medical examiner's office, or research institute. May be designated according to specialty as Clinical Pathologist (medical ser.); Forensic Pathologist (medical ser.); Neuropathologist (medical ser.); Surgical Pathologist (medical ser.).
