Step Three: You can even team up with a firm that will help you to search for doctors. This is an option for you only if you're able to afford it. Head hunters in the medical field are known for having great relationships with doctors in different specializations. Staffing agencies is another good route to go when you're looking to recruit doctors. Then can temporarily fill positions until you find permanent candidates.
