The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with faculty, college and agency staff to place students in clinical experiences and service learning opportunities and to evaluate learning experiences. The coordinator reviews student records to verify compliance with health requirements. The coordinator serves as liaison to clinical agencies to secure student placements, increase the number of clinical placements, track agency issues, requirements and learning opportunities. Maintains clinical agreements and markets the health care programs. Assists with preceptor orientation and builds relationships with preceptors. Conducts and assists with data collection and summary of surveys.
Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in nursing
A minimum of three years of experience in the practice of nursing
Nursing or allied health licensure with eligibility to practice in Maryland
Recent clinical experience
