Duties for this position include: The assistant nurse manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Pediatric Emergency Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all emergency service line staff.
