The Residential Counselor is responsible to provide direct treatment, supervision and care to program residents ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment that contributes to the healing of all clients.
High School diploma/GED along with at least 12 college credits in
Psychology, Social Work, or
related field with (2) years experience or an Associates/Bachelors degree in a related area with (1) year experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Experience with children/adolescents in a behavioral healthcare system preferred. This position has both full-time and part-time available. Shifts include
