Nursing Jobs description
Nursing jobs comprise the largest group of nurses and healthcare workers in the US. Nursing jobs comprise of the primary point of contact and medium between the doctor and the patient. Nursing jobs have to shoulder several duties related to disease prevention, maintenance of health and hygiene in the hospices, providing patient care, administering medication and so on. Nursing jobs also perform several evaluations, performing numerous medications of different types. Nursing jobs are usually the first types of jobs who notice problems or raise concerns over patient's progress. Nursing jobs are present in different situations: critical-care nurses work in intensive care units, and psychiatric nurses treat patients with mental health disorders.There are three major educational paths to registered nursing—a bachelor's of science degree in nursing (BSN), an associate degree in nursing (ADN), and a diploma. BSN programs, offered by colleges and universities, take about 4 years to complete, ADN takes about 2-3 years to complete while the diploma consists of 3 years of training.
