Healthcare Vice President Jobs description

The Vice President of the healthcare organization acts as one of the heads of the organization working in close quarters with the President. The Vice President fulfils the responsibilities of the President in his absence. He even discharges duties similar to that of the President like managing the daily operations of the hospital, and helps in formulating policies aligned to the objectives of the organization. The Vice President spends his official time with medical officers in regulating the work structure of the organization. The vice president often works with the COO or the chief operating officer, to ensure that the goals and aims of the healthcare organization are achieved within the planned time limit. Overall, the vice-president is the shadow of the president and is said to be the immediate successor of the president\'s chair.

The job qualifications required for becoming a vice president is an MBA or a management degree with loads of corporate experience. Expertise in the medical industry or any relevant technical qualifications will be an added bonus.
