Description

Humana's Service Fund organization is looking for Senior Provider Installation Professional to join the team working from home anywhere in the US.

The Senior Provider Installation Professional administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Senior Provider Installation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Provider Installation Professional provides support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern. Additionally, this role begins to influence department's strategy and will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of Service Fund Experience

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience utilizing SQL to pull and review data elements

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Progressive experience in Service Fund Contract Load

Prior experience in data management, data extraction and data reporting

Experience managing projects in a deadline driven area

Extensive knowledge of multiple types of Current Procedural Terminology and Healthcare Common Procedure coding systems

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Current Service Fund Associates are highly preferred for this role

Experience with healthcare information technology, actuarial science and/or provider contracting

Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems
