As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.
This position provides supervision for daily operations of assigned outpatient clinic section (i.e. patient care team, front desk, records, ancillary services). Ensures optimal daily patient flow and allocation of resources to meet demand for services with available staff. Addresses patient care or service problems as necessary.','!*!
An Associate's Degree or equivalent.
One year increasingly responsible health care operations experience.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Conflict mediation ability.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business or related area. Familiarity with Virginia Mason computer systems applications preferred.
