Stays informed about such practices and communicates routinely to ensure proper understanding and of any proposed rule changes potentially affecting the existing Center and/or scope of practice.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSupports the secure management of patientu0026rsquo;s Protected Health Information (PHI), including the successful integration of patient data into the Electronic Medical Record, in a manner consistent with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eActively participates in efforts to ensure effective utilization of the Centeru0026rsquo;s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This includes evaluating and maximizing functionality, expanding reporting capabilities, compliance with utilization guidelines and opportunities to increase efficiency.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSupports general Human resources-related functions as requested, including participation in the interview process for candidates, ensuring staff compliance with annual requirements and general performance coaching.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eIs able to effectively manage patient, staff and provider complaints/issues.
