The Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the activities of patient care personnel within the Cardiac Cath Lab. The supervisor is responsible for the daily functions of staffing, monitoring, and directing of daily caseloads, and working with physicians to keep cases running timely and smoothly. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring that MHS policies for safety and approved patient care standards are followed, and for making independent clinical decisions within the standards of practice for the Cardiac Cath Lab. This position works with physicians to determine lab times and usage and maintaining standards of care. Contacts include patients and their families, other health team staff (physicians, nurses, CVTs, PST’s, other departments) Clinical Manager and Clinical Director. Minimum Requirements:

5 years of recent clinical experience in interventional cardiac cath labs or Interventional Radiology labs

Previous demonstrated skills in a leadership or supervisory role in an Interventional cath lab or Interventional Radiology lab Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Licensed in the State of Washington as Cardiovascular Tech RCIS, Radiology Technologist or CIS certification/licensure or Registered Nurse
