Description

The Returns Team technicians are responsible for the processing of Authorized Return prescription products that are returned to the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Monitor Returns Inbox for incoming requests

Processing claim reversals and reships

Authorized medications will be processed through E-Post and returning unauthorized medications back to the members

Notation of work and member Information in E-post profiles

Tracking and quarantine of destroyed and Return to Stock (RTS) medications during the processing of Authorized Returns including control medications

Use of various RPA tools to scan, track, and compile workload information and volume totals including new mail received, and mail completed

Reporting on daily volume totals in Workflow

Intake of daily mail which is sorted and stored in the mail room based on the dispensing guidelines provided to our department.

Additional assigned tasks based on business needs

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Arizona

1 - 3 years of experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

All Technicians are required to meet the following Physical Requirements

Technicians must have the ability to walk and stand frequently during an entire work shift

Technicians must possess hand strength to grasp and twist items continuously

Technicians must have the ability to work around pharmaceutical products

Technicians must have the ability to reach above the waist and shoulders frequently

Technicians must have the ability to lift 40-50lbs occasionally and 25-30lbs frequently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using E-Post

National Certification, PTCB CPhT
