 POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains records of product in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventory and adjust to correct quantities. Pulling expired medications from the shelves and processing them for proper disposal. Provides customer assistance as necessary. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS *Guarantee accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met daily *Write up inventory reports detailing any overstock or missing items *Process and documents returns, following established procedures *Maintain and updates inventory records; reconcile inventory discrepancies *Perform routine clerical duties. Including data entry, answering telephones and assisting staff *Monitor and maintains inventory levels *Assist with maintaining inventory control *Perform the job functions of a dispensing technician as assigned *Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information *Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED *Pharmacy Technician Certification within 18 months of provisional license issuance *Knowledge of EPRN systems *Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data *Ability to perform analysis and solve problems *Must be 18 years old *Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
