Process patient health history forms, assess patient, and devises appropriate plan of care. Chart notes on patient care, including adding to the health history obtained during massage; notes additional findings and massage techniques used as well as patient reaction and homework, if needed. Collect fees from patients. Ensure linens are available; clean equipment to protocol/standard. This position requires a current Washington State Massage Practitioner License.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret health history forms and take verbal history as needed.

Working knowledge of medical terminology.
