clinical and research efforts, health care and patient/family needs to ensure
best practices are maintained for the pediatric, adolescent and adult patient.
The RN Navigator serves as the primary contact and resource for the
patient/family throughout the continuum of care.','!*!Job RequirementsWe are looking for a responsible and compassionate Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process.

Additional requirements for this role include:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our stateGraduate of an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) requiredRequired
Experience: Minimum
of 3 years in clinical setting as patient or health educator; prefer experience
in pediatric setting, family clinic setting, and/or adult setting. Additional
