RN Opportunity -  Diagnostics and Treatment Unit  - Hillsborough Hospital UNC Health Care Hillsborough Campus is a community hospital which is an extension of UNC Medical Center focusing on many of our elective surgical programs.  The 83-bed facility combines a community hospital culture with the innovative procedures and care for which the UNC Medical Center is known. The 15-bed Inpatient Unit at the Hillsborough Campus has inpatient beds to care for a varied patient population to include predominantly family medicine patients, but also including, observation, extended recovery from PACU, and other medical-surgical patients.  As part of the team, you will help in assisting the team to facilitate admissions, treatments, transfer and discharge of patients.This position is for 36 hours/week rotating shifts (days, nights and weekends) with flexible self-scheduling to meet the needs of the unit and the staff.  This position qualifies for an extensive benefit package including PTO accrual which is based on the number of hours hired to work. Employees enjoy: • UNC Medical Center Benefits • Free parking • New facilities • A welcoming Hillsborough community • A community hospital culture Hillsborough Campus is located at 460 Waterstone Drive, Hillsborough, NC which offers a mix of historical and contemporary North Carolina.','!*!Graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing. One (1) year of nursing experience. If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled in an accredited program within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
