Responsibilities

The Senior Provider Installation Professional provides support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern, administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials.

This role will serve as a direct responsible individual for the Medicaid expansion into Service Fund.

Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND experience with Medicaid services within the healthcare industry OR 3 years internal Service Fund Contract Load Operations

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience utilizing SQL to pull and review data elements

Prior experience in data management, data extraction and data reporting

Experience managing projects in a deadline driven area

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

If progressed to offer, you will be required to:

Provide proof of full vaccination OR

Provide documentation for a medical or religious exemption consideration.

Preferred Qualifications

Current Service Fund Associates are highly preferred for this role

Experience with healthcare information technology, actuarial science and/or provider contracting

Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
