Current compact state RN license

Experience in a provider setting

Ability to analyze data to identify trends in provider performance

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, articulate and professional in all interactions

Self-starter, creative thinker

Ability to work and develop strategies with minimal direction

Travel expectation approximately 30-35% throughout state of North Carolina , divided between same-day and overnight

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Project Management, conceptual to execution

Bachelor's degree
