ERCP Technologist - Interventional Radiology/GI Endoscopy','211853','Interventional Radiology','Washington-Seattle','Days','40 hours per week','40 hours per week','7:30am to 4:00pm/variable','7:30am to 4:00pm/variable','Monday-Friday, weekend on-call','Monday-Friday, weekend on-call','','','!*!The Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) Technologist provides fluoroscopic guidance for the Gastroenterology Physicians needing imaging in ERCPs, Esphogeal Stent Placement, or Intestinal Stent Placement examinations and/or procedures. This job may also perform radiologic procedures involving the administration of contrast agents/medications for diagnosis. This job ensures efficiency, quality of care and service to patients by coordinating the daily operations of radiological imaging for necessary exams.

This position requires Washington State Certification for Radiologic Technologist and a certificate from the American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT) as well as current registration with ARRT.

At least 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist with Operating Room experience required.

Thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Completion of 24 hours of continuing medical education every two years.

A current CPR license, to be renewed every two years.

Ability to work independently; flexibility, self-motivation, and follow-through.

Sound judgment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lead and motivate others.

Strong organizational skills.

A willingness to grow with technological changes occurring in the field.

Ability to manage stressful situations appropriately.

Ability to attend to multiple concurrent tasks.

Ability to independently lift up to 50 pounds.
