Description
As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for generating reports and regular datasets for the Primary Care Organization (PCO) related to new patient growth.
The Data and Reporting Analyst will integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required reporting and analysis. This role will support high priority initiatives, such as our incentive programs with internal and external stakeholders.
This role will be remote / work-from-home.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Pull data and create custom reports and analysis to support critical business processes and programs
Review data and make ad hoc adjustments to ensure accuracy
Update records in CRM system when necessary to improve data quality
Create specifications for reports based on business requests
Understand organizational strategy and operating objectives
Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
(1) One year plus solid technical experience in data reporting.
Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience or interest in healthcare sector
