\u003cli\u003eThree (3) years of experience working as a Recovery Specialist I at a consistently high level is required, including satisfactory performance evaluations, attendance of in-service/training requirements that have been offered, and has not received a written warning or disciplinary suspension in the last six (6) months.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHigh school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent and completion of the facility educational training program are also required, as is current CPR certification.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eNecessary skills include knowledge of psychology or sociology, knowledge of the care of the mentally ill and the ability to interact with nursing personnel, other members of the health care team, clients, family members and visitors.\u003c/li\u003e
