Medical Physician Jobs description
A medical physician’s primary job is to act as a scientific leader in the therapeutic area. Apart from a general physician’s duties, responsibilities may include handling clinical trial implementations, discussions with CRA and team leaders, interaction with investigators and develop protocols. A medical physician may also take initiative on medical information needs; handle publications, and provide training to internal and external people. Updating latest medical literature may also form part of duties for a medical physician.A medical physician is a legally qualified and licensed practitioner of medicine. The person may be a Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or have equivalent qualifications. The medical physician should have scientific expertise, product and clinical research methodology knowledge. A person with experience in medical clinical research may also be considered for a medical physician job.
