Short Description
This is a wonderful opportunity to join our outstanding leadership team! 
 
You will be an integral part of the operations of the unit by maintaining and supporting unit based patient movement efforts while ensuring that all available resources are utilized in an efficient manner that supports the delivery of safe, high-quality care all patients.
 
Additionally, you will serve as a role model/mentor empowering all clinical staff to identify innovative solutions to address patient needs while ensuring all clinical staff receive the support needed to practice in alignment with the full scope of their clinical role.
Experience Required
A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting, with 1 year of demonstrated leadership abilities.  
License/Certification Requirements
NJ-RN: Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse
 
BLS & ACLS certification
CNL or AACN Specialty certification preferred
Special Requirements
Scheduled Days / Hours: every third weekend; License (or Certification):ACLS Required; License (or Certification):BLS Required; License (or Certification):NJ-RN Required; Education:BSN Required
