Carlton Fields is seeking an associate with up to three years of experience who has a strong desire to be trained and mentored towards the development of a career in corporate health care transactions, healthcare licensing, patient care issues, and medical staff and scope of practice matters. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Tampa who are licensed in other jurisdictions), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on client matters in an environment where mission-focused client service is valued.
