Overview:

Mercy Hospital Springfield - Cardiology is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to directly support our interventional cardiology program. This opportunity involves clinic, hospital, consults, and call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or upcoming graduate of an NP or PA program
• Licensure: Missouri license or ability to become licensed
• Experience: Experience in a cardiology or ICU setting preferred - cath lab experience is a plus. Must have demonstrated clinical expertise in his/her area; and an ability to excel in communication, human relations, and organizational skills.
• Certifications: Certification or pending certification by the American Nurses Association as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner. Certification or pending certification by the National Committee for Certification of Physician Assistants.
